General terms and conditions of purchase

Payment terms: Company, state, municipality & regions

Sales to companies, state, municipality & regions are made against an invoice with payment due 30 days from the invoiced date.

Invoicing via e-invoice possible via org no. alt. GLN number.

Credit checks are carried out on companies; if the credit check is not approved, advance payment is required. Interest on arrears is applied.

Payment terms: Private individuals

For private individuals, the sale takes place upon receipt (unredeemed packages are currently charged SEK 250 incl. VAT)

All delivered products are the property of Svenska Räddningsprodukter until full payment has been made, if this does not happen, Svenska Räddningsprodukter owns the right to take back the items.

Delivery to companies

The goods are delivered by DHL. Delivery takes place during regular business hours.
DHL does not accept any post box addresses.

Delivery to private individuals

Delivery to the consumer is picked up at the DHL delivery point. Shipping is added according to the same conditions as to companies.

Shipping and packaging cost

Will be added unless otherwise stated. 
All rescue manikins are delivered on pallets with wooden pallet frames.

Warranty

Svenska Räddningsprodukter undertakes to remedy, free of charge, any manufacturing defects on rescue manikins that appear within 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

For guarantees on other products in our range, contact us for information about guarantee time on specific products as we have up to 20 years warranty on some of our high quality products!

The guarantee does not apply if faults are caused by negligence or incorrect use of the equipment. Interventions or repairs by service personnel other than those authorized by Svenska Räddningsprodukter are equated with this. Svenska Räddningsprodukter reserves the right to interpretation of faults caused by negligent or incorrect use. 

Right of return, right of exchange and open purchase

You have an open purchase for 14 days from the time you have received the goods. In case of return, exchange or open purchase, you must contact Svenska Räddningsprodukter to get information on how to proceed. 

In the event of return, exchange or open purchase, we require that the product be unused and returned together with original documents. 

The cost of shipping is borne by you. We reimburse you for the cost of goods but not for the cash on delivery fee and shipping fee. Packages sent to Svenska Räddningsprodukter in a manner that does not comply with the instructions received from Svenska Räddningsprodukter will not be accepted. This also applies to packages sent to Svenska Räddningsprodukter without first contacting Svenska Räddningsprodukter.

Complaints

In the event of an incorrect delivery, i.e. delivery of the wrong item, incorrect number of goods, damaged goods or defective goods, you must contact Svenska Räddningsprodukter by email/telephone as soon as possible, but no later than five days from delivery. You will then receive instructions on how to send the product back free of charge.
