Stop the Bleed

Designed to increase your knowledge of life-threatening bleeding and bleeding control. The aim of the "Stop the Bleed" training concept is to increase the ability of professional emergency responders and the public to respond to major bleeding injuries.

Adult CPR

For those of you who want to learn basic CPR, we offer the Adult CPR course. We also offer training with defibrillators. As part of this training, you will learn CPR and get an introduction to how a defibrillator works. After a course, you should be able to initiate CPR and have the confidence to use a defibrillator if someone in your vicinity should suffer a cardiac arrest. The course also includes how to help with airway obstruction. Everyone should take this course!

CPR for first responders

As part of the training, you will learn CPR and how to use a defibrillator effectively. You will learn about emergency equipment and giving rescue breaths with a mask, as well as teamwork skills and will practice these in scenarios.

Child CPR/Accidents involving children

As part of the training, you will learn Children's CPR 0–18 years, how to use a defibrillator effectively and how to deal with airway obstruction. The training consists primarily of practical training, and after completing the course, a skills card is obtained.

S-CPR adult

During the training, you will learn CPR with one- and two-rescuer techniques with simple tools, how to use a semi-automatic defibrillator, and how to help a person in respiratory arrest. You will practise acting out a real cardiac arrest and practice teamwork in scenarios.

S-CPR child

During the training, you will learn CPR with one-, two-, and three-rescuer techniques with simple tools, how to use a semi-automatic defibrillator, and how to help a child or young person aged 0–18 years in respiratory arrest. You will practise acting out a real cardiac arrest and practice teamwork in scenarios.

Child CPR instructor training

The purpose of the instructor training is to train instructors who in turn must conduct basic training in pediatric CPR for the general public in accordance with the Swedish Resuscitation Council's current guidelines.

Instructor training Adult CPR

The purpose of the instructor training is to train instructors who in turn must conduct basic training in CPR for the general public in accordance with the Swedish Resuscitation Council's current guidelines.

CPR instructor training for first responders

The purpose of the instructor training is to train instructors who are to provide training for emergency personnel and those who are expected to be able to perform first aid or CPR in their professional role according to the CPR Council's current guidelines (e.g., security guards, firefighters, police, swimming pool staff, flight personnel, etc.) and who have access to defibrillators.

First Aid instructor training

The purpose of the instructor training is to train instructors who in turn will conduct training in First Aid

The training program in First Aid is based on the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) international guidelines 2015 and 2010, which are revised every 5 years. The program is also based on the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, International First Aid and Resuscitation Guidelines 2011 and the American Heart Association and American Red Cross Guidelines for First Aid.
